  Usually we get really good service, so I didn't want to put a bad rating.
  
  Today, there was a different lady. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Didn't feel welcomed at all, she made us feel like we were wasting her time. Feel like the managers should be aware of how their customers are being treated under her supervision.
